tree bistro is pleased to announce an exclusive winemaker’s dinner featuring Sineann Winery’s Peter Rosback. One of the finest wine producers in the Pacific Northwest, Peter is clearly passionate about making wines he loves, and it shows. Well known for sourcing fruit from only the best vineyards, Peter carefully crafts wines from vineyards throughout the Pacific Northwest; in the Spring he travels to New Zealand to make Sauvignon Blanc (Awatere Valley) and Pinot Noir (Central Otago).
The dinner will feature an amuse bouche followed by a four course tasting menu, with each course accompanied by a different Sineann wine — two US wines, two New Zealand — plus dessert and tea and coffee, for $85 per person plus tax and gratuity.
